It’s time to take your fitness to a whole new level!

Each Fitness Challenge is designed to work every major muscle group in your body in a different way — every day. This program will take through a variation of both progressive strength exercises, mini-challenges to keep you on track (because small goals are CRUCIAL) and my signature Busy Babe Burners to reduce fat and help promote LEAN muscle growth. The structure of this fitness plan gives you the opportunity to improve your fitness and reshape your body while allowing each muscle group adequate recovery time.
